 The National Guard Memorial Library

Located in the National Guard Memorial building since 1991, the National Guard Memorial Library houses a variety of primary and secondary sources documenting Guard history. The Library's mission is to promote public awareness of the National Guard by providing information about the history and traditions of the Guard, as well as to serve as a research center for NGAUS members and staff, the Guard community, and the public.

The Library is open to the public Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm, except holidays. We require all individuals interested in conducting archival research in the National Guard Memorial Library to make an appointment by contacting us at 202-789-0031.
